Why SellWise is free
We are opening SellWise to NYC apartment owners before choosing a long-term business model. The exchange should be clear: you get the current product at no cost, and we learn how to make it more useful.
What public beta means
SellWise is available to real NYC apartment owners while we refine the product. Features may change, and some tools may be incomplete or contain errors. We want users to get useful work done now while helping us understand what to improve.
Why access is free
Our current goal is product validation, not subscription revenue. You receive access to the current workflow and tools. We learn from optional analytics, aggregated usage patterns, support requests, and feedback you choose to provide.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not automatically send your property details to brokers, enroll your project in brokerage outreach, or require marketing consent to use the beta.
What may change later
We may add, remove, or change beta features and may introduce optional paid software or services. We will always show the price and ask you to choose before any charge or service request.
What SellWise is
SellWise is educational and organizational software. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Using it does not create a brokerage, fiduciary, agency, or attorney-client relationship.
Your choices
Analytics are optional. Product feedback and research interviews are optional. You can contact us to request account or project deletion, and you can change analytics preferences from the Privacy Policy page.
Help improve the beta
Tell us what you were trying to do and where the product got in your way. Feedback is optional and does not enroll you in marketing or brokerage outreach.
